At Little and Fern, we want you to love your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Carefully package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
